While we were talking about recent rumors around Assassin’s Creed Mirage last week, today is a gameplay leak that affects the game.
A few seconds of gameplay on the run
It is indeed a very short video of the title that surfaced on Reddit over the weekend. It shows the hero running and a few NPCs wandering around in a desert environment, and that’s about it.
As a reminder, the game will take place in Baghdad and is described by Ubisoft as a homecoming for the franchise since it will focus on parkour and infiltration, in a setting more urban.
First thought of as a DLC of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Mirage has become a standalone game that will make us discover the adventures of Basim, a former thief turned assassin.
Assassin’s Creed Mirage will be released on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC as well as Xbox Series X|S and PS5. If the latest rumors are confirmed, it will be available on October 12.
