Worse is that the site uses the header of a well-known news site, but also the image of a cardiologist, in order to gain credibility. Moreover, he also invents an institute of cardiovascular pathology, to which he credits the discovery and development of a substance, also fictitious.
Maria Dorobanțu, cardiologist primary doctor, told Digi24 that it is a big scam and she advises those who have already bought it not to use the medicine.
“Unfortunately, it’s a big scam, which retirees can fall victim to, and not only that, any kind of person. It all started on May 19, last Friday, when a gentleman asked me for a consultation, to advise him how to take this medicine, a miraculous medicine that unclogs, he says, all the vessels. I also asked for the link and when I looked I was horrified. They use the names of doctors, university professors. I don’t even know how to write Carol Davila University correctly, I write with “K”, and so on, and all the information that is given is erroneous and false. They use language that is completely and utterly inappropriate, unscientific, and thus doing great harm to people. When I looked at the price that is in the interview attributed to me, 2,100 euros per package, it seemed to me like something from science fiction for a drug that does not exist”, said the doctor.
The doctor explained that there are a lot of lies on the site, including the invention of an institute.
“Invent an institute. There is no such institute of cardiovascular pathology. There are institutes that are called differently, of cardiovascular diseases, but not as they said and that invented this drug. Then a big lie is this drug that has a miraculous effect and all, absolutely all, calcium crystals, atheroma plaques, everything that means atheromatosis, which is present even from a young age, all these changes are destroyed almost instantly and people , basically, they turn from sick old people into young people. It mixes all kinds of information, including potency, attributed to this drug. Everything is a lie and a scam from one end to the other”, said Maria Dorobanțu.
Asked what those who bought from this site should know, the doctor told them not to use the medicine.
“Not to use the medicine, because we don’t know what it contains. Any drug that is recommended is a drug that has clinical studies behind it. Anyway, every medicine has side effects, but what is ultimately predominant is the effectiveness and any doctor discusses with the patient about all the facets of any medicine. Very often, such drugs, which have an unknown composition, can cause adverse effects that put the life of the person who uses them at risk,” the doctor explained.
