The girl’s parents, who went to the Republic of Moldova to pick her up on Wednesday evening, told the investigators that their daughter would have premeditated her escape, because she said goodbye to them and her relatives.
On Wednesday evening, Maria Gheorghiu also announced in a post on Facebook that she had been found and that she was missing.

“Hi! I would like to tell you that I am fine, I was reunited with my family today and I am no longer wanted by the police. Nothing bad happened to me at all, I am completely unharmed and unharmed. I appreciate your involvement in finding me and I am glad that there are so many selfless and compassionate people among you!” she wrote.
