The 30-year-old fitness trainer is battling it out in the grand final to lift the Dominican Republic trophy as well as the €120,000 grand prize.
Andrei Krisan was born in the heart of Transylvania, in the city of Cluj-Napoca, where he has always lived. The young man graduated from Mihai Eminescu Theoretical High School and the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports at Babeş Bolyai University in Cluj Napoca.
The warrior is a former national champion in Karate Shotokan and Taekwondo, and for seven years he specialized in bodybuilding – fitness, a field that brings him considerable income, month after month, being a trainer at World Class Romania.

The athlete accepted the challenge to participate in Survivor Romania 2023 with the idea of coming home with the grand prize.
“It’s about proving to myself and those who support me that I have what it takes to survive in extreme conditions.
That’s why I accepted the challenge from Survivor Romania and set off on a journey about self-knowledge, mental and physical resistance, but also about teamwork with the other Warriors.
I need all your support, that’s why I invite you to join me in this adventure”, declared Andrei Krisan at the beginning of January 2023, before arriving in the Dominican jungle.

Andrei Krisan is a reputable and well-known fitness trainer in Cluj, with almost 10 years of experience in the field. For this reason, the rate he charges his gym clients who want to borrow his coaching knowledge is reasonable.
According to information published on the tsfhealthclub.ro website, the finalist from Survivor Romania 2023 charges a fee of 40 euros/200 lei per month to train his clients at the gym.
