Dan Michael Schlanger, actor, film and television producer and president of the Bucharest Jewish Film Festival, passed away, announced the artist’s wife, Dana Schlanger.
“Dear friends, it is with great sadness that I announce the death of my husband, Dan Michael Schlanger. You know him as an actor, film & television producer and president of the Bucharest Jewish Film Festival. In addition to being a wonderful husband and father of four, Dan was also a good friend to many of you.
His last invitation to everyone was to watch the movie “Prayer for a Friend”. This is also my message to you – to send a good thought to Dan. We cannot yet set the date of the funeral due to formalities. It will be a while before I announce the details. Thank you for your support”, says a message posted by Dana Schlanger on Facebook.
