Carmen Grebenișan, Survivor Romania 2023 finalist, spoke openly about the challenges she faced in the Pro TV competition, filmed in the Dominican Republic. The 29-year-old influencer spent five months in the jungle, going through many changes in many ways.
Arriving on Romanian soil, Carmen Grebenișan was invited to the show “La Măruță”, to share with the viewers some of the moments experienced on the Pro TV reality show. The young woman explained that, from a physical point of view, the challenges were not that hard, although she suffered. The most difficult was from a psychological point of view, the influencer admitted, specifying that she also experienced moments of panic.
“I think this show brings the truth out of you, I don’t swear, I don’t speak badly. I behaved normally, I don’t take it out on people, I take it out on things. I always try to communicate. Regarding DOC, I understood that we are not the same, we are different people. I didn’t like it then, that’s all!” said Carmen Grebenișan.
Cătălin Măruță explained to the guest from the television set that the viewers formed a good opinion about it. Especially because she was honest and didn’t argue with anyone. Many are of the opinion, even now, that she was the contestant who should have won the Survivor Romania 2023 prize.

As I already stated, Carmen Grebenișan also faced some problems from a physical point of view during the Survivor Romania 2023 experience. The influencer revealed that she suffered a lot, but the viewers at home do not know some details, because they are not explained in public way.
“I suffered hormonally. (…) I had my last period in January, just before I got there. There is also water retention… Somewhere around the second month, the body transforms”, said Carmen Grebenișan, explaining that, in her case, the changes were most noticeable in the face and legs, which quickly swelled .
The star also had problems with cellulite, the doctors explaining to him that he had to give up the coconut from the Dominican jungle. It was not the only aspect that raised problems for him, however. The blonde had and still has problems with water retention, for which she is currently on an intermittent fasting diet. Thus, during a day, he sits for many hours in a row without eating.
Carmen Grebenișan entered the competition weighing around 58-59 kilograms. After the five months spent in the Dominican jungle, he accumulated extra pounds, to the surprise of many. Currently, the blonde weighs 62 kilograms.
