Edward Sanda and his beautiful wife, Cleopatra Stratan, did not have the slightest flinch when they decided to sign up for the list of possible candidates for the show “America Express”. Close friends of the two young people claim that practically they always hoped for an older dream to come true, as they both wanted very much to see with their own eyes what challenges the show and life, alike, could offer them.
They did not prepare in any way for “America Express”
“There is no specific preparation for Edward and Celopatra. There was nothing like that. No physical training, no extra hours of learning or understanding the Spanish language. None of that or any pre-Survivor-like training like some of the contestants do. They really wanted to participate!”, very good friends of the two told exclusively for PLAYTECH NEWS.
In addition, parting with their loved ones was also an easy one, because family and friends understood very well their great desire.
“They disconnected the installations from the gas or electricity sources in the house, they packed a minimum and that was about all their preparation. Since they don’t even have a cat in the house, the breakup was easy,” the same sources added.
The only “allies”? Some special patches against warts!
There was also a detailed friend that the two young people took into account and that is not absent from the affairs of any of them. They got some special patches to combat warts.
“The desire to be selected was so great that even the fact that Edward will be celebrating his birthday this year among strangers, in perhaps difficult conditions, did not matter much!”, stated with a dose of humor the quoted sources .
Edward Sanda will turn 26 years old on July 11, and there are good chances that the man from Baim and his beautiful wife from beyond the Prut will celebrate the festive day in competitive conditions, since the filming of “America Express” is expected to end at the earliest at the end of the month of July.

Nine pairs of stars have chosen to face various challenges on the “Road of the Sun”, in a very special adventure that will take them through various South American countries on the exotic route of the “America Express” show.
It is about Alexia Eram and her brother, Aris, comedians George Tănase and Ionuț Rusu, Romică Țociu and his son, Cătălin, Iulia Albu and her boyfriend, Mike, Giulia Anghelescu and her husband, Vlad Huidu, Cleopatra Stratan and Edward Sanda, Iuliana Pepene, presenter of Antena’s morning “Observator” and war journalist Sonia Simionov, also part of the Observator team, digital divas Sânziana Negru and Laura Giurcanu, actress Ada Galeș and her mother, writer Antoneta Galeș.
The teams have already arrived in South America
The nine teams have already reached the South American lands and will travel through Colombia, Ecuador and Argentina, on a route with spectacular locations, in their battle for the Supreme Amulet of 30,000 euros and the title of winners of the toughest reality show in Romania.
The second youngest couple in the pageant, Edward Sanda, 25, and Cleopatra Stratan, 22, after Andrea Esca’s children, also announced to their friends that they were going to the venue “primarily to have fun”.
