Prosecutors from the National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA), accompanied by gendarmes, descended on Wednesday, June 7, at the headquarters of the Constanța County Council, led by the liberal led by Mihai Lupu.
Sources from the Constanța County Council, quoted by Realitatea TV, the DNA prosecutors arrived on Wednesday at the institution’s headquarters, and their checks would target the General Directorate for the Administration of the Public and Private Domain and acquisitions related to green spaces.
The prosecutors picked up several documents from CJ Constanta
DNA prosecutors collected several documents from the institution.
Here, the problems are kept by the president of the CJ Constanța. In April, the Prosecutor’s Office was notified in connection with the images in which the president of the CJ Constanța, Mihai Lupu, offends a local policeman.
The scandal started after the car that was taking the head of the CJ home did not have a permit to enter the peninsular area and was not allowed to pass by the local policeman at the barrier that allowed access.
On the images published on social networks, it can be seen how Mihai Lupu hands his phone to the local policeman and asks him: “Don’t you want to talk to your mayor?”.
Then, the local policeman warned him that he was being audio-video recorded with the video camera provided and asked him to behave normally.
“How stupid can you be, me? I am the president of the County Council. How stupid of you to do this. You are the stupidest man I have seen in my life”, continued Mihai Lupu, who approached the local policeman and pushed him, he was then removed by the man accompanying him.
“From now on, I’m announcing that…”, the local policeman said, being interrupted by Mihai Lupu, who continued: “What are you announcing, idiot? Next week you are nothing. I came to go home to me, stupid ‘hell what you are. If you were smart… you’ll see, you won’t be anything next week. Idiot. I didn’t do anything to you, moron. Whats your name?”.
The prosecutor’s office is investigating this case for committing the crime of insult.
