Do you still recognize Alessandra, Theo Rose’s good friend? He managed to lose no less than 40 kilograms, displaying an enviable figure today. The beautiful blonde came to the public’s attention a few years ago, when she released a series of music tracks, but now she’s making a real splash online.
Invited to the show “Vorbește Lumea”, from Pro TV, Alessandra talked about the path she had to follow in order to manage to lose the few tens of extra kilos she had accumulated. It was not easy for him to decide to lose weight, according to his confessions, but he had the support of all those close to him.
Alessandra explained that due to problems with the thyroid gland, she managed to lose a few kilograms, but not for a long time. As soon as he had sleepless nights, he would return to his original form. This was also the reason why he decided to go to a doctor, who recommended that he undergo a stomach reduction operation.
“Now I weigh 51 kilograms,” revealed Alessandra, who a few months ago was 40 kilograms plus.
Alessandra’s confessions: “I came to love myself”
The singer confessed that it was not easy for her to recover after the stomach reduction operation, being allowed to consume only liquid or pureed products for a while. Thus, it was difficult for him to get used to a classic food program again. However, he had the support of all those close to him. The star also praised her partner, whom she said supports her the most, being a real support for her.
Currently, Alessandra says she has no appetite either, consuming only 60 grams of food at each of her three meals in a single day. The change he made, from this point of view, increased his confidence in himself.
“My perception of myself changed completely. In addition to the fact that I got rid of my health problems, I got to love myself”, expressed Alessandra, in the show “Vorbește Lumea”, from Pro TV.
The artist explained that she feels the difference in perspective she has on herself, including professionally, in the music videos she shoots being much more confident than in the past.
