What is the release date of Secret Invasion?
Nick Fury, one of the central characters of the Marvel universe, will finally have the right to his series. Secret Invasion was announced during the year 2020, but was paralyzed by the Covid-19 pandemic. After several years of waiting, the TV show will be released on June 21, 2023. Two other series will be released later in the year, it is about season 2 of Loki and Echo.

What is the story of Secret Invasion?
After Thanos’ snap of the fingers (in Infinity War) wiped out half the universe, a rebellious faction of Skrulls, shape-shifting aliens, see an opportunity to take over Earth. Nick Fury therefore puts his space mission on hold in order to combat this threat with the help of Mariah Hill and Everett Ross.. In his quest, he crosses paths with G’iah, the daughter of Talos, the Skrull warrior who had helped Nick Fury and Carol Danvers in Captain Marvel.
The series takes place during the “Blip”, i.e. the period between Infinity War and Endgame in which half of humanity is reduced to dust by Thanos. This is where the difficulties come in. How can Nick Fury be a character in the work when he is one of the victims? Here are several theories: thanks to the multiverse, Secret Invasion could take place in a parallel reality where Nick Fury is still alive. Otherwise, the protagonist was resurrected by the Skrulls, the latter being more technologically advanced than us.
Who are the creatives behind Secret Invasion?
The production is in the hands of the president of the Marvel studio, Kevin Feigeand its vice-president Louis D’Esposito, who take care of all the series of the MCU. The episodes are written by the screenwriter Kyle Bradstreet. Ali Selim and Thomas Bezucha will be in charge of the production. On the music side, Kris Bowers will be in charge. He is notably the creator of the Bridgerton soundtrack for Netflix.
