But I never sang at weddings, I had no way, because I don’t have a repertoire, you have to have a repertoire for such parties. And Marina Voica has a fee of around 1,000 euros, but I honestly tell you that she deserves even more, even 1,500 euros. “I haven’t given up on high heels. It’s beautiful for any foot and for any height, a heeled shoe elevates you, makes you look much more feminine. At some point, if you only wear wide slippers around the house, it’s very difficult to tolerate high heels. So me, if I know I have a show, I wear those high heels around the house for a few days.
I wipe the dust and heat the food with them on, so that the foot adapts, so that it does not squeeze me on stage. In addition, I do 100 squats every day, that’s how I manage to train my legs, to keep them strong, so I don’t fall on the street. As a young woman I do sports, I did gymnastics in Russia.
The secret is to start with just a few squats, but you have to remember the number. You do 10 today, and tomorrow you try 15. Then, for a few days, you only do 15. If you do too many at once, it doesn’t work and you also get muscle fever. From 15, you go to 20, and just like that, you gradually increase. I, at 86 years old, still do 100 squats a day”.
