10 seconds. That’s how long it took until Rapid scored the first goal of the game against FC Voluntari, in the fourth stage of the Romanian SuperLiga. Horațiu Moldovan, the holder of the Romanian national team, had a “horror” night and was wrong in both of the home team’s successes. Cristiano Bergodi’s side were beaten 2-1 and have just five points from four games.
Rapid received the fastest goal of the championship, in the match against FC Voluntari
Rapid aims to fight for the title this year, but the game with FC Voluntari, in the fourth stage of the Romanian SuperLiga, was a nightmare. The goalkeeper Horațiu Moldovan had a very poor evening and was guilty of the two goals scored by the home team. The first goal was signed in the second with number 10 and the championship record was established. Midfielder Doru Andrei shot from a distance, Moldovan was surprised and dropped the ball into the net.
“According to the commentators, he had a few seconds before greeted the gallery, which was behind the gate. It probably took him more time, and when that shot came back he was surprised,” said Helmut Duckadam, at Digi Sport.
Marko Dugandzic equalized in the 11th minute and reached his fourth goal in this championship. Another blunder by the Moldovan goalkeeper followed, also doubled by the mistakes of the speedy defenders. Freshman sent into the box, Moldovan came out wrong and Braun sent the ball into his own goal. It was also the success that determined the final score and FC Voluntari won 2-1 in the match with Rapid.

Surprise presence at the match FC Voluntari – Rapid 2-1
The FC Voluntari – Rapid match also had a surprise: the president of the Professional Football League was in the stands of the stadium alongside Mihai Stoichiță and Anghel Iordănescu. Gino Iorgulescu rarely attends football matches, refuses to attend television studios and does not even organize press conferences.
His state of mind is not at all good, his boy, Mario Iorgulescu, being sentenced, in the first instance, to 15 years and 8 months, following a road accident in which a man died. The decision is not final, and the call is scheduled for February 11.
