The Prefect of the Municipality of Bucharest, Rareş Hopincă, checked, on Wednesday, several playgrounds in the city and found several irregularities. In order to take measures so that incidents like the one in which a little girl was electrocuted do not happen again, the prefect convened, for Friday, the Meeting of the Municipal Committee for Emergency Situations.
“During today, 08/09/2023, the prefect of the Municipality of Bucharest, Rareş Hopincă, carried out a series of checks in several playgrounds within the radius of the Municipality of Bucharest. Following the field visit, several irregularities were found that could endanger the lives and safety of children and more,” the Bucharest Prefecture reported on Wednesday evening.
The cited source specified that, in order to take measures to prevent situations similar to the one that happened two days ago in a park in the Capital, the Prefect of the Municipality of Bucharest convened the Committee of the Municipality of Bucharest for Emergency Situations, Friday – 11.08.2023 , at 10.00.
“Among the topics on the Agenda is the adoption of measures to prevent accidents in playgrounds, educational institutions and hospitals within the radius of the Municipality of Bucharest”, the Prefecture also transmitted, according to News.ro.
A little girl was electrocuted this week, while playing in a children’s park in Sector 6 of the Capital.
