The investment fund Transilvania Investments has started the process for selecting a new general manager of Turism Felix SA, which owns several hotels and beaches in Băile Felix and Băile 1 Mai. 10 years of experience in a similar position, degree in Business Administration or similar field and high school level English are required, according to the ad.

The position of general director will become vacant under the conditions in which the mandate of Florian Serac – the one who currently holds the position – will end on April 30, 2024, according to a company announcement, published at the Bucharest Stock Exchange and signed by Serac himself.
“For the coming years, our strategy is to consolidate for Turism Felix the status of the most important operator in spa tourism in Romania and to create a synergy between the offer here and other important assets that the fund owns in this sector”, he stated on Wednesday Radu Roșca, executive president of Transilvania Investments, through a press release announcing the opening of the Venus Aquapark in Băile 1 Mai, according to the local publication Ebihoreanul.
Applicants for the position of General Manager of Turism Felix must hold a degree in Business Administration or a similar field, and a degree in Tourism Management is also an advantage.
The job requirements also include: minimum 10 years experience as a general manager in commercial companies or in a similar role, experience in a large company with more than 100 employees and experience in managing and coordinating major projects, over 10 million euros.
