11. Peaches, incredibly sweet, but with a little sugar
Peaches can be incredibly sweet, but with less than 13g of sugar in a medium peach, they can still be considered low in sugar.
These 11 fruits have the least sugar, between 1 and 13 g of sugar. But don’t forget that portion size makes a difference.
A serving of watermelon is only 1 cup, and eating 3 or 4 cups of watermelon can mean consuming almost as much sugar as consuming a juice box.
Of course, all types of fruit contain more vitamins, minerals and fiber than processed sugary snacks.
