National Meteorological Administration issued the weather forecast for the period September 18-October 1. Thus, according to the forecast, the specialists announce large temperature variations from one day to the next and intervals with quantitatively important rains in most areas of the country.
In the first week of the forecast, respectively between September 18-26, the thermal values will not have significant variations from one day to the next and will generally be above the characteristic values of the period. Maximums will be between 26 and 28 degrees Celsius and minimums between 4 and 16 degrees Celsius.
On September 24 and 25, the weather is expected to cool, after which, until October 1, even if it warms up slightly, the weather will remain relatively normal from a thermal point of view, with maximum temperatures of 24-26 degrees Celsius and lows of 10-12 degrees Celsius.

ANM weather forecast for September 19, 2023
Also, the ANM weather forecast for September 19 shows that the wind will blow weak and moderate, with intensifications in the south of Banat and in the west of the Southern Carpathians. Gusts of 55-65 kilometers per hour will be recorded in these areas, and locally and temporarily with lower speeds in the north of Moldova and in the rest of the mountain area.
The minimum temperatures will fluctuate between 8 and 19 degrees Celsius, with lower values in the depressions of the Eastern Carpathians, up to 3 degrees Celsius, and isolated fog will appear.
According to the ANM forecast, in Bucharest, the sky will be more clear, and the wind will blow weak to moderate. The minimum temperature will be 10…13 degrees Celsius.
What will the weather be like in the country on September 19
The maximum thermal values in the thermal areas will be slightly above the climatologically specific ones during the characteristic period, with maximums around 27 degrees Celsius. Also, the sky will be variable, with passing clouds, and the wind will blow weak and moderate.

In the country, on September 19, in Maramureș, Transylvania, Crisana, Banat and locally in Oltenia and the north of Moldova, there will be temporarily increased cloudiness and rain, accompanied by electrical discharges, in short intervals of time or by accumulation, in limited areas will be recorded amounts of rain over 15…20 liters per square meter. In the rest of the territory, the sky will be variable, with passing clouds and isolated rain.
