The new season of Vocea României from Pro TV debuted on Friday, September 8, on the small screens. Here is the discussion that arose between Irina Rimes and Tudor Chirilă, in the edition of Friday, September 22.
Irina Rimes and Tudor Chirilă, sharp lines
The Pro TV show debuted on the small screens on Friday, September 8, with its 11th season. With a series of unexpected changes, that’s right. If last season Theo Rose shared the jury seat with Smiley, this year she forms a team with Horia Brenciu.
So, the 5 artists are ready to choose their contestants who will be part of their team and with whom they hope to win the show.
How it all started
The eccentric singer Tudor Chirilă and the beautiful artist Irina Rimes have teased each other several times on TV, and the close relationship between the two has, on several occasions, raised suspicions among their colleagues.
What’s more, the tasty lines they addressed to each other throughout the seasons in which they collaborated, led to the assumption that the two stars would have a relationship, but they don’t want to admit it.
That’s what happened this time, in the edition of Friday, September 22, when the two contracted again, in the case of competitor Vitalie Todirașcu, who went on stage and performed the song “Carusso”.
Irina Rimes: “I want to be honest with you, I wouldn’t have returned, but the audience started applauding and I said that the audience decided for me”
Smiley: “Can I say why I came back? I listened to this song many times, I was in Sorento and you managed to bring me back there. You managed to create this mood for me, I really liked your interpretation and the fact that I went back to those narrow streets.. I would love to have you on my team. What do you do?”
Tudor Chirilă: “It seems to me that Smiley wants you more”
Smiley to Irina: “I came back and thanked him for what he sent me, you came back and scolded him!”
Irina Rimes: “I have an argument, it doesn’t matter what we think about the voices of our competitor. How they manage and the songs they have, these will take them further in the competition, and at a later point the audience decides”
Tudor Chirilă: “It seems to me that you have some logical fractures!”
Irina Rimes: “If I don’t necessarily like a voice and the audience reacted and I can see it, it means that the person releases something in the audience that I didn’t necessarily feel”
Tudor Chirilă: It is assumed that we are professionals who don’t care about the public! The public sees before us, maybe the public applauds because Vitalie looks like Arnold Schwarzenegger and he had muscles and the ladies got excited about him”.

While there was a real fight for the truth between Rimes and Chirila, the two were interrupted by the other coaches who had only one curiosity.
Jurors: “Do you two love each other?”
Tudor Chirilă: “No, are you crazy?”
Irina Rimes: “No. How can you say such a thing?”
Smiley: “But why do you feel like giving explanations to Chirilă when he didn’t even come back? That’s interesting”
