Code red for storms and torrential rains in 3 counties in the country

Meteorologists issued a nowcasting code red warning of storms and torrential rains for Gorj, Dolj and Mehedinți counties on Sunday evening.

According to ANM, until 20:00, areas in the three counties will be affected by storms, hail, torrential showers that will accumulate over 40…50 l/m2 and frequent electrical discharges.

Target areas:

– Gorj County: Turceni, Plopșoru, Șântăreni, Turburea, Aninoasa, Crușet, Borăscu, Bolboși, Brănești, Căpreni, Ionești;
– Dolj County: Filiași, Argetoaia, Brădești, Melinești, Braloșță, Coțofenii din Dos, Cernătești, Scaăști, Sopot, Grecești, Brabova, Coțofenii din Față, Seaca de Pădure, Secu, Gogoșu, Botoșești-Paia;
– Mehedinti County: Strehaia, Corcova, Butoiești, Bâcleș, Dumbra
