The National Meteorological Administration has informed that the temperatures are dropping drastically, bad weather is coming in Romania. Weather experts have said where it will be below 0 degrees, so you should prepare your winter clothes!
The weather is getting cold. ANM announces that temperatures no longer exceed 18 degrees Celsius
Maximum temperatures reached 28 degrees Celsius today in several areas of the country, however, the meteorologists of the National Meteorological Administration announce that the weather is getting noticeably colder. Alina Șerban, meteorologist at ANM, announced what the weather will be like in the next period.
“We are still enjoying beautiful, autumn weather, warmer than we normally have at this time.
During today’s day we will have maximums of 27…28 degrees in the southern part of the territory, these values being 6 degrees or even 7 degrees higher than we should have on this date. Even if it seems cool in the morning, let’s not forget what month we are in.
How long will it be hot in Romania?
This fine weather and warmer than normal for this date will continue until the end of the week in the southern half of the territory, although it will be a little cooler tomorrow and the following days, highs as low as 25, highs of 26 degrees, these will still be above the norms of the period.
In the northern half we will have slight variations, the maximum temperatures will be between 19 and 23 degrees, which are also slightly higher there than we should have on this date”, explained Alina Șerban, according to Antena 3 CNN.

Since the weather is getting colder
Instead, the weather will cool down from Sunday, so temperatures will not exceed 17-18 degrees Celsius.
“However, we have a signal that it will be cold on Sunday in the northern half of the country, on Monday and in the other half, so it is very likely that on the first day of the following week the maximum temperatures will be somewhere between 12…13 degrees and at most 17…18 degrees. But this cooling does not necessarily tell us that autumn is setting in, because the following week will have thermal variations on heating. So it will be a short-lived cooldown.

There are also rains, but they are in small areas, for short periods of time, this afternoon in the northern half, at night in the center, tomorrow in the southern half, then in smaller areas in the eastern half of the territory. But not enough to cover the moisture deficit in the soil”, said Alina Șerban.
