In the evening hours of Friday, November 17, 2023, police officers from Bucharest carried out several checks at several premises in the area. The actions were also carried out to inspect the prevention of the consumption of prohibited substances, according to the information provided by the authorities.
A local in Sector 3 in Bucharest was targeted by police agents, after it was found that it was operating without a legal operating permit. According to the sources cited by Știrile Pro TV, it would be about the famous club Kulturhaus.
Police say he did not have a license to operate
“Following the specific activities, an action was set in motion to check a local, in Sector 3 of the Capital, where various events are held.
On the spot, it was found that the respective restaurant is operating without an operating license or other authorization that would allow it to carry out commercial activities”, the Bucharest Police press release states.

The famous club Kulturhaus has been temporarily closed
The police discovered that the representatives of the club did not have an operating authorization for the premises in question, nor any other authorization that would allow the performance of commercial activities, so that some measures were imposed, including the application of six fines.
Also, following the control carried out by the Bucharest police, the decision was made to temporarily close the premises in Sector 3, which is believed to be the Kulturhaus club.

“Following these findings, six contraventional sanctions were applied, and at the same time, the measure of suspending the activity of the premises was ordered”, the police agents said.
There is no information from official sources according to which the famous club Kulturhaus has been temporarily closed, but the reactions of the local representatives seem to confirm the rumors. On the club’s Instagram page, several messages were published on InstaStories with the text: “We’re back”.
