The president of the National Health Insurance House (CNAS), Andrei Baciu, says that Romania must become a place where young doctors want to stay. It’s up to us to focus on the solution more than the problem, he adds, quoted by News.ro.
“Today is a crucial day for the 10,194 candidates, future doctors, dentists and pharmacists who pass the residency exam. It is not an easy exam at all, there are 200 questions that you have 4 hours to answer. There are many discussions and concerns, but one vital aspect about this concerns us all: the desire to make Romania a place where all these young doctors, dentists and pharmacists want to stay and build their careers”, Andrei said on Sunday Baciu, in a post on Facebook.
He emphasized that attention must be focused on solutions.
“As someone who worked as a doctor abroad and returned to Romania, I understand the challenges, but also the unique opportunities we have here in our country. It’s up to us, each one of us, to focus on the solution more than the problem and make Romania an alternative to leaving the country”, he pointed out.
