For several months now, Casa Verde Fotovoltaice has been enthusiastically preparing to become a resounding failure for the Romanian Government, after several installers contested in court the validity of the certification and authorization process behind the program. However, it seems that things are back on track.
According to the data provided by the Minister of the Environment, Mircea Fechet, on Wednesday 22 November, from 10.00, a new session will be opened to validate the potential installers behind the Casa Verde Photovoltaic program. For reference, the program has been blocked for several months following a decision by the Oradea Court of Appeal.

What is happening with Casa Verde Photovoltaice
“A few days ago, I invited to the office the representatives of the company that sued AFM and the AFM representatives, trying to find a possibility of mediating this conflict between the private sector and the Romanian state, understanding that court terms could far exceed the period estimated by us and unlock this situation. We reached an agreement between the parties: on Wednesday this week, from 10 o’clock in the morning, we will open a new session through which we will validate the potential installers”, says Minister Mircea Fechet, in a press conference.
It is important to note that, this time, both installers who were previously rejected, as well as those who have never tried to participate in the Photovoltaic Green House, can enroll in the program. On the part of ordinary Romanians, approximately 90,000 beneficiaries have enrolled in the program and have been waiting for funding from the state for approximately half a year.
