Şerban Huidu, the famous presenter from Cronica Cârcotașilor, was again involved in a road accident. The famous TV personality allegedly caused the incident, although he claims he is completely innocent.
According to information obtained from Antena 3 CNN sources, the incident occurred on Calea Giulești in Bucharest, when the car driven by Șerban Huidu collided with another driver who was driving a Bolt car.
Şerban Huidu would have cut his way, and the Bolt driver could no longer control the car. According to the same previously mentioned sources, Şerban Huidu would have been fined 590 lei, as well as 3 penalty points for not having insurance when changing lanes.
Drivers, drug and alcohol tested
When the law enforcement officers arrived at the scene, the Bolt driver would have blamed Şerban Huidu. He stated, however, that he is not to blame and tried to escape the situation cleanly.
As is normal, the two drivers were tested for the use of drugs and narcotics. In both cases, the result was negative, a sign that they were clear while driving, but the inattention cost the famous TV presenter dearly.

Şerban Huidu, sentenced to prison because of an accident
Şerban Huidu got his driver’s license back only last year, after more than 10 years without driving. It caused an extremely serious traffic accident, resulting in deaths, which is why he remained a pedestrian and hardly found the courage to get behind the wheel again.
“I’ve had my driver’s license again since August 2022, that is, for about six months. I got my card only last year, after 11 years since I had the accident. I took the exam. It is not true what was written that I took it earlier.
I also have a driver, he has someone to take me home. I personally drive very rarely, only from time to time! I sat and thought that I have no reason not to get a permit, however,” Huidu said on Denise Rifai’s show.
