The preparation method is very simple, those without much experience in the kitchen cannot fail.
Start by cutting the fish fillet into equal, smaller pieces, depending on your preference. The meat is then seasoned with salt, pepper and a special for fish and left to marinate for around half an hour.

What to season the fish with before frying
Separately, take a large enough bowl in which to beat the two eggs with a little salt. While mixing, pour the 200 milliliters of milk, and start incorporating the flour, gradually. We continue to mix until we get a homogeneous composition.
Put a pan with oil on the fire. After the oil heats up, take a piece of fish, pass it through the egg and flour mixture a few times and fry it. The meat is left for five, even seven minutes on each side.
At the end, the pieces of fish are removed from the dish and transferred to a plate on which we previously placed a clean paper towel, which will absorb the excess oil.
